Luc Bellemare regularly represents general and special contractors as well as property owners. As an expert in construction law, Me Bellemare has been invited to give conferences across Quebec on a range of topics relevant to construction law. He is a regular speaker for the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ), l’Association patronale des entreprises en construction du Québec (APECQ), la Corporation des entrepreneurs généraux du Québec (CEGQ), as well as the Corporation des entrepreneurs spécialisés du Grand Montréal (CESGM). He is also a regular conference speaker at the continuing education courses at the University of Laval. Me Bellemare has authored a number of industry specific articles and provides training for professionals in the construction industry.
As a dedicated representative of Québec contractors on the international scene, Me Bellemare was awarded the prize of excellence from the Canadian, American and Mexican embassies for his participation in the organization of the Pavillon de l’Amérique du Nord de la Foire Commerciale Internationale d’Alger 2008. He has also participated in the drafting and presentation of briefs for the parliamentary commitee and the advisory committee of the Ministère du Travail Quebec.
